Research Fellows are members of the IAAMR who possess proven expertise in their respective fields of research. This status serves as a distinguished recognition of your scientific knowledge and underscores your commitment to the field of applied management research. It facilitates targeted exchange with other experts within your specialization and adjacent disciplines.

Application as a Research Fellow
Requirements To be appointed as a Research Fellow, an active Full Membership (or Patron Membership) and a completed doctoral degree (PhD, DBA, or equivalent) are required.
Application Materials Please prepare the following documents for your application:
- Specification of your primary research fields
- Current Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Short biographical text (for display on the website)
- Professional profile photo
- List of 3–5 thematically relevant publications
Application Process
- Submission: Send your application and supporting documents via email using the button below.
- Acknowledgment: You will receive a confirmation once your application has been received.
- Review: Your application will be reviewed by two experts to ensure scientific quality.
- Decision: Following the review, you will receive written notification regarding the acceptance or rejection of your status application. In the case of acceptance, you’ll be listed on the website of the IAAMR.
Please note: A one-time review fee of 95 € is charged for the scientific evaluation and processing of your Research Fellow application.
